Shipping & Delivery

Purchases are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Gwal Pahari, Gurugram by our in-house team and trusted delivery partners. We aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines will be communicated to you after your purchase.

For any concerns regarding your order (missing items, quality, delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution. Unfortunately, we will not be able to address complaints made beyond this timeframe.

Shipping Charges & Minimum Order Value

We deliver our fresh produce across Delhi NCR and selected areas throughout India.

  • The minimum order value is ₹599.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse:
    • Within 12 km: Free delivery
    • Beyond 12 km: Delivery charges will apply and will be communicated during checkout.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). Orders are acknowledged at the current listed price.

Cancellation Policy

In cases where the delivery address is outside our serviceable areas or due to unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel your order. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent transactions or any misuse of the website in violation of our terms.

Returns & Refunds

The harvest of produce can sometimes be unpredictable. In rare cases where we are unable to meet expected harvests at the time of dispatch, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to cancel your order, and we will issue a full refund.

Customers may also return products at the time of delivery if they are dissatisfied with the quality or freshness of the produce. We will collect the returned items and adjust your order accordingly. Where possible, we will strive to provide a replacement product at the earliest. In special cases, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the company.
